We will be happy to hear from you again!   If you want to understand how the entire talent acquisition process goes, please visit contaazul.com/vagas .   As Paid Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for the initiatives to acquire new qualified leads through online paid campaigns. across multiple marketing channels including: Email, Paid Search, Natural Search, Display, Affiliates, Social, Remarketing and any other marketing efforts.   You will be in charge of the prioritization, organization and execution of the activities related to the acquisition media strategy and will be responsiblefor the KPIs.  You will also help provide analytics and insights to optimize each  media channel's performance and identify areas of opportunities to drive revenue and instilling data-driven best practices.     RESPONSABILITIES Translate goals into performance media tactics and effectively executing those tactics to bring the desired results. Define media strategy, trafficking recommendations, optimizing program towards key business goals and reporting. Setup of all paid campaigns in conjuction with the performance media agency. Calculate the ROI and prioritize the strategies. Measure and optimize our paid marketing using dashboards and Google Analytics. Develop performance forecasts, budget allocations and providing data-based rationale for these recommendations. Design, analyze, and interpret the results of different marketing channels and campaigns and make optimization recommendations. Interact with the performance agency to guarantee flawless execution. Suport  media buying process  and track and report campaign spend against targets. Bid strategy optimization and testing. Daily checks on program KPIs, thresholds and campaign budget caps. Ongoing management of budget and pacing. Reconcile any discrepancies with internal systems for billing. Implementing Paid Search best practices, providing refinement and optimization recommendations and proactively identifying campaign execution issues. Partner with Data and Analytics to provide feedback on marketing attribution models and build dashboards for ongoing measurement and insights. REQUIREMENTS Google AdWords certification required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Sciences. 44Advanced knowledge with Excel & PowerPoint. In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, Double-Click, Adwords).  Be an MS Excel expert, , data driven and experienced in web analytics;SQL is a plus. Excellent communicator with ability to sell and convince. You will manage all relationships with vendors and ensure we get the most efficient cost possible. You'll be in charge of people, strategy, prioritization, organization and budgeting.     RESPONSABILITIES Manage the strategy and setup of all campaigns, from paid to inbound marketing; Calculate the ROI and prioritize the strategies for the team; Plan lead generation strategy to support our sales team with 20000 monthly MQLs; Measure and optimize our performance marketing using dashboards and Google Analytics; Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition; Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs; Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying; Manage budget to support paid lead generation efforts. REQUIREMENTS 8+ years of experience in marketing, specifically with a focus on performance campaigns; In-depth knowledge of the various marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, inbound marketing, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), email marketing, content distribution and placement networks; You must be analytical and able to extract knowledge from data and use it to optimize the team’s approach and the company’s forecast; Be an MS Excel expert, comfortable with SQL, data driven and experienced in web analytics; Excellent communicator with ability to sell and convince; You will manage all relationships with vendors and ensure we get the most efficient cost possible; Bonus experience and skills include past experience as product owner or agile marketing team leader.
